Revival 2026 (Day 1 - Part 2)

Oct 4, 2026  •  Tyler Anglin

Drawing on the natural phenomenon of prescribed fire, the speaker presents the Holy Spirit's work in believers' lives as intentional, purposeful, and transformative rather than chaotic or destructive. The sermon moves through healing testimonies, the benefits available to believers through Christ's atonement, and the biblical pattern of Spirit-filled boldness seen in the early church. The central argument is that God's refining fire does not come to destroy the believer but to destroy what is destroying them, burning away pride, bitterness, unforgiveness, and self-reliance so that the life of Christ can be more fully reflected. The sermon culminates in a call for the church to gather in one accord, cry out for a fresh filling of the Holy Spirit, and move in the boldness and demonstration of the gospel that marked the early disciples.
